SQL1277N Restore has detected that one or more table space containers are
inaccessible, or has set their state to 'storage must be defined'.
DB20000I The RESTORE DATABASE command completed successfully.

I need to be able make restore crete the tablespace accessible or define the storage if possible.

Were you attempting a redirected restore? (i.e. did you specify the REDIRECT option on the RESTORE DATABASE command?)

I'm assuming so, so at this point you can use the SET TABLESPACE CONTAINERS command to define the containers for any tablespaces you wish to change. Once that is complete, you can say RESTORE DATABASE ... CONTINUE.
