SIGSEGV message on Java core dump

Hi

I am receiving the below message

OS: AIX
DB2 : V8
App: Java

1HPSIGRECV SIGSEGV received in SQLAllocStmt at 0xa9979dd7 in /opt/IBM/db2/V8.1/lib/libdb2.so.1. Processing terminated.

Not sure what's causing the issue

SQLAllocStmt at A9979DD7 in libdb2.so.1
Java_COM_ibm_db2_jdbc_app_DB2Statement_SQLAllocStmt at AA6F10B0 in libdb2jdbc.so.1

i am not sure what's the issue
