Alphablox error

Hi ,

I have installed alphablox Version 8.4.0 Build 118 and IBM WebSphere Application Server Version 6.0.2.0.

It was working fine. But two days back we are not able to access Alphablox. Its giving the error "Error 500: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError".

We have tried by reinstalling alphablox also.But the same problem.

Attaching the Systemout.log file.

Can anyone please help me for this issue...

Hi,

Check the alphabolx settings on WAS.
Also check the password you have set at the time of alpha blox installation. Is it expired?

All the applications created by Alphablox are running in WAS.Anything else we need to check in WAS???

The password i have given at the time of alphablox installation was not expired.I am able to use that user account....

I am getting this error in the logs....

[10/24/07 6:08:24:614 EDT] 0000001e ServletWrappe E SRVE0100E: Did not realize init() exception thrown by servlet AlphabloxServerStartup: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/awt/X11GraphicsEnvironment


can anyone tell why this error is coming...
