Hi all,

I'm trying to configure DB2 Performance Expert and when i try to add a new DB2 System at DB2 Performance Expert Client and put the DB2 Connection Alias of my instance , i receive this error:
######################
DB2 Performance Expert - System Overview

DGOK3621
One or more database aliases already exist in the DB2 Catalog (ie DB2PM).

######################
How can i drop/remove/delete this ALIAS???????????

Tks,
Paulo.

I suspect you have to use the uncatalog command:

db2 ? uncatalog
UNCATALOG DATABASE database-alias

UNCATALOG DCS DATABASE database-name

UNCATALOG LDAP DATABASE database-alias
[USER username [PASSWORD password]]

UNCATALOG LDAP NODE node-name
[USER username [PASSWORD password]]

UNCATALOG NODE node-name

UNCATALOG [USER | SYSTEM] ODBC DATA SOURCE data-source-name

NOTE: From the operating system prompt, prefix commands with 'db2'.
Special characters MAY require an escape sequence (\), for example:
db2 \? change database
db2 ? change database xxx comment with \"text\"
