Shared libraries error on Linux

Hi All

On Linux, I am getting the following error whenever I try any db2 command, although DB2 was working perfectly before.
db2 connect to perf1

db2: error while loading shared libraries: /opt/ibm/db2/V9.1_02/lib32/libdb2.so.1: undefined symbol: ossSetDiagLevelCallback

Any idea or suggestion is highly appreciated.

My guess is this: Most likely, you haven't updated your DB2 instances after
installing a new version or FixPak level. If so, please run "db2ipudt" as
root to bring your DB2 instances to the correct level.
