Error with DB2 V9.x Fp 3a when execute Configuration assistance (Windows XP)

Hi!

The Environment is:
Windows XP SP2
IBM DB2 UDB v8.2 fixpak 4 (development client)

I execute the installation of DB2 v9.x Fp 3a as a parallel installation of DB2 UDB v8.2, the installation finish without errors and Configuration assistant and control center work fine.
The only problem is when I execute configuration assistant the next error windows appear:

db2javit.exe Entry Point Not Found

but the utility works very well.

Which version was installed first?

Are you perhaps running into one of the restrictions:
